Aesthetic medicine is a medical “art” that is especially dedicated to facial rejuvenation, neck, neckline and hands. In the other areas of the body, one seeks to improve small deformities using little invasive methods. I consider that the plastic surgeon should deeply master these techniques, and be at the forefront scientific knowledge of the corresponding procedures.
In the entire world, dozens of millions of these medical acts are performed. In my clinical practice there are two basic pillars:
I) Use products with a high safety profile, in a way that people experience solutions and not problems.
II) Taking anatomical changes into account, which may occur during the aging process, after a careful analysis, I seek an accurate diagnostic, and therapeutical plan that meets not only the patient’s concerns, but also contains a strategy that promotes the prevention of aging.
